Meat Lovers Grill: Fillet Steak, Lamb cutlet, Bacon, slow roasted Roma Tomato,

Egg and Onion gravy.

Chicken and Cashew Stir fry: Pan fried strips of Chicken Breast, Cashews and Thai spices tossed with Sweet Chilli sauce & Kecap Manis, served with Jasmine rice.

Massaman Curry Lamb: Traditional Massaman Lamb Curry served with Rice, Tomato & Cucumber Salsa and Yoghurt.

Desserts: Sticky Date Pudding Chocolate Mud Mousse
