Introduction to Astronomy Camp 2019


Ever wanted to learn more about the mysteries of the cosmos – where did it all begin? what is light? what is an Astronomical Unit? how do stars form? what are black holes? .

No prior background in mathematics or physics is required.

The Camp runs over 1 weekend on 27th-29th September.

You can book for 1 or several sessions.

Friday night will beĀ  held at Clarendon Recreation Reserve, a dark sky site, and Saturday night will be at the Observatory. The camp will go ahead rain, hail or shine.

Participants can book in for the whole camp or just part of the program.
